Regency Transportation Inc. was founded in 1985 by the current President and CEO Richard Giroux. Four years later Regency Warehousing and Distribution was started, located in the Boston area.

Our current fleet of over 100 tractors and 500 trailers makes Regency one of the premier truckload carriers in the Northeast corridor. We have facilities totaling over 1,200,000 square feet of public and contract warehousing; including three in Massachusetts. Our Clinton, Ma. facility is currently serviced by the ST railroad. All of our facilities are food grade and kept to the highest standards.
